Description: The Business Development/Sales representative will be responsible maintaining and growing our partnership with attorneys, financial planners, real estate professionals, and other entities. This individual will also be responsible for identifying potential clients, making initial contact, presenting our services, completing extensive documentation and collecting required forms. Success in this position will be determined by the number of new partners/clients this person establishes for our company. This will require traveling to locations throughout San Antonio to visit the perspective clients.
Compensation: This is a salary plus bonus position, based on experience and qualification.
Experience in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
Ability to maintain high confidence in front of the clients
Ability to convey honesty and trustworthiness
Ability to pursue and close the deal in the initial visit with the client
Ability to understand and explain the concept of Real Estate Short Sales
Must be able to keep clients’ confidentiality
Must be a team player, self-starter, punctual and organized
Must provide your own car/transportation to visits clients
Real Estate background is desired but not mandatory (training provided)
Bilingual (highly desired but not mandatory)
